Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide a warm guest experience - Recommend products based on customer needs - Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and address inquiries - Help guests assemble gifts - Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems (Square) - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Unpack inventory, complete condition reports, apply price tags, and merchandise Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail preferred - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Proficient in basic math for cash handling and transactions - Manage product inventory and displays - Ability to follow checklists and processes Job Type:
