Senior Research Process Analyst - Remote/Nationwide

This technical role is responsible for completing research and analysis that will guide business and technology decisions in support of the organizations strategic Real Estate initiatives. Individual will be responsible for researching, assessing, analyzing, documenting, and evaluating competitors, industry trends, business processes, systems, and data requirements. What You Will Do:
Completes research and analysis, including competitor analysis, industry research, process analysis, analysis of third party platforms, and examination into current state environments. Utilizes data analysis, domain modeling, business process modeling, etc. techniques in an effort to understand the current state and make recommendations for improvement and/or solution for path forward. Collaborates with technical team to translate the business vision and collaborate on identification of the best technology solution to meet the business need. Conversely, ensures the business understands the solution proposed by the technology team. Collaborates with business communities to collect information, perform analysis, and understand business requirements so the necessary research and analysis can be performed to make recommendations for process improvement. Assists in the planning, execution, and analysis of user acceptance testing. Contribute to best practices. Help evolve the team's tools & techniques in the areas of enterprise analysis, process modeling, requirements gathering and documentation. Who We Are Looking For:
Knowledge:
8-12 years of relevant industry experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Engineer or Architect with 5
years of consistent record of contribution, leadership and impact. 5
years of experience with the Real Estate industry required. Experience as a Real Estate Agent strongly preferred. Experience working with multiple high visibility projects running concurrently. Experience with Agile Development. Proven ability to influence at multiple levels with an organization. Experience with business process modeling (BPMN Notation preferred). Experience modeling business domain entities and their relationships. Experience providing direction, strategy and value by analyzing current and future states, setting and communicating standards, and conception of projects or features to close the gap between current state and future goals. Excellent communication skills with significant experience in developing executive level customer relationships, including solid negotiation, influencing, presentation and communication skills at C and executive levels. Successful track record in following through on both plans and communication of those plans with business and IT leaders. Proficiency in IIBA principles and practices. Skills and Abilities:
Perform industry research and competitor analysis. Understand Real Estate Services domain and make suggestions around process. Recommend steps and solutions from technology perspective. Suggest which platforms to leverage. Examine environment and validate accuracy of current state; make suggestions about path forward. Create and maintain current and future state business process models. Use an understanding of business functions to analyze and propose technical strategies for the business; assesses benefits, risks, and costs. Identify and utilize data and functional architectural patterns that are aligned to business enterprise architecture, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits). Build relationships with business stakeholders and partners. Contribute to a Community of Practice for Business Analysis to provide a good understanding of model information structures, data gathering requirements, user needs and behaviors, and labeling techniques. Gather and analyze information or data on current and future trends of best practice. Seek information on issues impacting the progress of organizational and process issues. Collaborates with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common missions, vision, values and mutual goals. Places team needs and priorities above personal needs. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
